Clean for the last 21 years...
got nicked on the first night on he road as a learner Hehehe
over loading a 850 mini
made the local rag " driver and supervisor got out the front and 5 passengers got out the back"
Last one was for a bald tyre...it was like a wire brush
oh to be 21 again

Mine should be clean now.
Got pulled over Tuesday night
Cops said that I'd been speeding ... couldn't see me but could hear me 
So no ticket there.
Did get the blow in to this as well. [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
AND they made me take my black rat stickers of my number plate.

I reckon it depends on where you live and what sort of roads you use regularly as to how many points you are likely to have. Probably a few country bumpkins always speed around their local lanes and there is no chance of being done. In a lot of towns where speeding is really being targeted most people will have got some points for 45mph on an urban dual carriageway or something similar.

Boost - I think you have more chance of being caught speeding in 'the sticks'. (anticipatable city Gatso's excepted of course). I was so proud of my mum in the Audi getting a pointless 3 points in a tiny part of Wales you couldn't even pronounce - she is 69. Bless her! That's my girl!

....did i mention 'pops' was a Chief Inspector?
edited to say...i once got 'banged up' in a cell overnight,for the most henious crime of riding a bicycle on the pavement...but thats another story

No points in 21 years of driving and have never been stopped by the police. I think I must be lucky.
I often apply what I call Smokey and the Bandit tactics on motorways and dual carriage ways. Drive at a speed at which there is someone else travelling faster than you, then they are more likely to be pulled!

I think the naughty people aren't really owning up.
I have been banned twice, just got the points down to three from nine! Used to get stopped on a daily basis until I got my legacy.
Got most of my points in a company car (Vauxhall Tigra: yuk yuk yuk hateful piece of ****) as they used to stop me in it all the time.
Also been stopped for speeding whilst banned. Downhill on a pushbike!!! jobsworth

Clean here but I did get three points for about 10 years ago, A special Constable Stuck a ticket on my mini because all though the wheel was not on the white line at a level crossing, the front was overhanging it. At the tme I was going out with a girl whose dad was a copper and my m8s dad ws a copper aswell, they both said to ignore it the ticket, so I did.
Sumons turned up 3 weeks later and I got three points and a fine.
bad enough if it was a full time copper, but a special! must have been having a bad day that day
Still clear now.
