i dont mind being a late runner as i've probably got less power than a reliant robin (or perhaps i'm just used to it, it seems the same as my old astra gte) so embaressment needs to be kept to a minimum, and it's not that far for me

I have a friend who has a really sweet Supra who may be interested in the power run. His mods are Mines ECU, Full Zigen stainless exhaust, HKS induction kit. He's just had a rebuild after blowing BOTH turbo's. Should be interesting. I'll let you know later.

What would you guess the power would be on that beast? 350bhp?

I don't know what M18use is on about. My standard RB5 WRSport should be around 250 ish BHP with a PPP. I want to do another power run with a TEK 2.5 ECU to see what gains I'll get

Cheers Phill C

PS 292 BHP lol

I've got 2 mates who would like a run each if there's still room.
1- MY96 scooby superchipped, full decat and hks air filter.
2- MY98 evo5 standard but would be intrested in figures as he's just got the car.

P.S. Mine's MY95 full decat and blitz stainless air filter.

Cheers

Well hello there...As it happens the nearest 4wd Rolling Road to Plymouth is at Interpro, near Bristol. I'd love one, but they cost £44,000, so it's a bit of am investment, and not viable as things stand locally. Of course you can't actually tune a Scooby engine anyway, as the timing, mixture and idle speed are not adjustable. I certainly wouldn't blame anyone who wanted to know what their power output is ! We often do dyno shoot outs for the 2wd fraternity...
Despite owning an Escort Cosworth, I have to say I do love driving the Scoobys, so thanks for all those who pay me to do it !

Question

WRX.co.uk, Don't take this the wrong way but i've sent out E;mails & posted threads recently about a local meet, xmas meal etc..,& response & interest has been poor.
As it is Springbok who has arranged the Rollin Road day i will admit i did not personally send out E;mails about it,as the response was v.good,v.quickly on Scoobynet.

Arranging meets & events etc..is dependant upon people login onto"Scoobynet"as often as possible or receiving E;mails but when you do both & still very little response one tends to loose the"plot"a little.

I hope i've not sounded too disgruntled, just trying to put a point accross!!!???

Cheers Duracell

Duracell,

Easy, easy, just pokin fun at Sprinbox,

I have been vocal in the past about your excellent organisational (the longest word in my vocab) skills.

Trouble is I am soo busy latley, this week 2 trips to Bristol and 1 to Swindon, the misses is a bit pee'd of with me bein away all the time.

So I have to be a bit choosy with the meets, sorry I can't come Sunday, I could be in Surrey.

Keep up the good work mate, I need the emails as I spend all my internet time looking at cars for sale and I am missing out on the board action, need the e-mails to let me know whats goin on.
