If not I suggest meeting on Sat 7th Dec 8pm at The Fire House in Leeds for a night of loads of beer, Scooby chat, curry and all the rest of it.

OK, sorry haven't done much with this yet, but Leeds does seem favourite.

So now, what is the best pub crawl to go on, and where can people stay overnight - travel inn's etc?

I will start getting a list of attendees together soon. Are there any good restaurants where we can all fit?

 

Le Tasca is a Tappas restaraunt on Greek Street.

Fairly big place, with a pretty good range and central for all the bars.

BUT - you will need to book.

Ummmm....Travel Lodge at TGI's...Casino next door...Maxis opposite...and another Casino!!! ;-) ...

TGI's is good for larger groups...loads of drinks!! and then hit the town afterwards! In fact I might even stay at the Travel Lodge as well...beats the taxi home!!!!! DOH!

 

In fact the "door" is within easy walking distance on the way home!!! Not that I've been ??!!

 

Was in Leeds during July for my stag night and visited the 'Door'. Most entertaining. I'd love to come to Leeds and meet all the boys but have a prior engagement with the wife in York that weekend

Tampopo is a nice restaurant around the centre - good grub, noodle bar (so Bal'll be there) and quick so as to not interrupt valuable drinking time...

 

Noodle bar gets my vote - fast and cheap - just like mi scoob Saves cash to spend on booze too Chiark

 

Right, it appears I am now double booked for the 7th (family do that I was supposed to know about [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] ), and as I have left it too late to book anything anyway, we may have to change dates if we are to get something going - told you I was **** at organising do's.

So, anyone busy 14th or 21st Dec, for a pissup in Leeds? No sit down meals or anything (as probs too late to book now) - just all meet up in a pub, get lashed up, eat kebabs, then kip somewhere

I'd be up for that guys. Bit of a new ScoobyNetter but love reading the forums. I'm a Leeds guy so know the City pretty well and the places you're talking about are proper bo! for a night out. Sick of boring my mates with Scoob speak so it'd be a good chance to get together with some kindred spirits
