The picture is already in the public domain and copyright has not been stolen as it is acknowledged.
On top of this, they could aonly sue you for loss of earnings (damages) so any case would ahev to prove that people on this board would be willing to pay for that picture which they now have for free.
The only issue is copyright, not secracy. Otherwise spy pictures would be illegal and autocar would be sued off the planet.
Regardless, the car is still lame, apart from the spoiler, and perhaps the colour scheme.
