I'm V tempted to phone trouser at TSL to do the Geometry and Eibachs for my MY02. They are discounting orders placed on the phone for the Monday after the raid.
I'd like to have a chat but with 23?? Scoobs in the car park how will I recognise you ?
Midlife.....WR Blue Mica with Morettes, Magnex (needs cleaning-thanks Rusty) TSL spoiler, TSL fog lamp covers and other tarty mods.

Im afraid i cannot make it this sunday due to work in the afternoon, shame as last weekend i just fit new KYBs and Eibachs and it would have been a good chance to test them.
I will try and come to the start to see you all off.
(PS. if any of u want a really bumpy ride i have a very very hard
set of coilovers for sale)

its a shame that NP cant make it as a pace setter
good to see Dave W coming out to play he will cause a few earthquakes with the exhaust noise the scottish will hear him in glasgow!!
(beware of ambushs )
good to see flossy has talked his young lady in coming ,has she got earplugs?
you can buy her a turbo for xmas.
only 2 days to go
**remember there is no super unleaded on the run so i recommend you fill up at j42 just past tesco if you ned any
optimax will be available 30 miles into the run, but it will save time if you can fill up before especially for the locals **
just in case the garage ran out!!!!1

Hi Lordy
Sorry to be a nuisance but is the route published yet??
I want to do as much of the route as possible before scuttling home to deal with the Harry Potter movie thing (apparently the spiders are dead scary but it keeps kids enthralled for two hours and 40 minutes).
Mother and Father in Law coming tomorrow which drastically cuts down on time spent cleaning the Scooby. It's not good form to say to in laws "sorry about this but I have to clean the car for tomorrow's raid on the border"
Anybody any bright ideas about how to excuse myself for a few hours tomorrow to clean the car. I had thought about…..I need to clean the car as the WR blue Mica reflects Saddam's nuclear weapons, A clean car is less of a fire hazard, …heeeeelp !
Midlife..
On the lookout for you Stephen… DBM large mudflaps.

hi midlife
cant and wont publish on the BBS in case a police traffic cop saw it (he would get a medal & promotion for nicking 23 scoobs for dodgy exhausts and speeding 1 mile over the limit ""
but there is a stop after 26 miles 52 and 69 miles which you could drive 30 mins from back to the starting point if the pace is too hot or the kids get bored and want back for their toys,so if we set off at 11am you could give up and still be back home for 12 -1230 ish although you could tell your misses you have a ;puncture :and do the full route!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

John,
Are you going to email the route to everyone as a word document so we can print it off ourselves or are you going to turn up on the day with thirty plus copies?
I like to know where I am getting lost
