Sorry I couldn't make it but I had to fix my fiesta. As I need it to get to work in. It works now ....kind of. I haven't got a back window so I need to 'obtain' one from an abandonded example of the marque. So if you spot one lying about please please e-mail me.

Paul - Hope you found Coopers OK. (I have lost you phone no, can you e-mail me it)
Glenn - Hope you managed dig that inspection pit OK, the ground is a bit hard at the mo though.
Dyney - Will def bring my brakes along and look at yours next time we meet.
Hope you all had a good time
Steve

Steve, will keep em peeled.

TT - great idea...unfortunately I can't do Sundays, but don't let that put you off organising

Apologies to all for having to disappear early this time, damn annoying but enjoyed the time spent with everyone, good natter, nice pose, and spirited drive

Top meet as usual and somehow you East Sussex boys still organised the sunshine . Most enjoyable drive along the seafront even if if it wasn't quite the same as the previous late night cruise .
Ron.... yes thats the only reason I go really .

Missed my Mcflurry this time but made up for it with one or two aftershocks tonight .

See you all soon.

Steve - yes yes, made it fine, i originally found the wrong Coopers when I looked for it on the net...oops but Scott.T
corrected me, thats how come my directions were so different to yours, but I followed yours and we got there nicely, ta for that.

It was good to meet some faces I knew and most I didn't, next time i'll try to clean my car before I start getting some stick! not to mention graffiti!

To the couple with the my98 black (clean) wrx, please could you email me the name & number of that mechanic we were talking about, that would be great.
Many thanks all for making me, the g/f and friend welcome

Paul

Nice to see some new faces. Marcis's workmate (Ian, I think) and Chris and family with their lovely red Wagon. Marcis - great video mate!!!!! Thanks for coming (and you Nancy). Many thanks to the young couple who came all the way from Worthing - who are you?

Very appreciative of STIMark for coming all that way for such a short time and for taking the kids out - seems we now have to have a Nur Spec R (pressure from teenagers and none from me, oh no! Would not have even considered it, MUCH!)

Drive along the seafront should have put us on the map! Sorry it wasn't a blast, but the kids were keen on a "nice n easy" in case any of their mates were about.

Some talk of having a day time meet AND an evening meet in future. Anyone any preferences?

Hey! Left out Matt - who also "drove long way for short time". Sory mate! Thanks to Iain and Ang for involving West Sussex in our meets. Many thanks to Steve and Helen for the Pizza scoobysnacks as well.

Many thanks to everyone else for turning up - good spirit - good company, and my daughter thinks you are all mad, but not as mad as me. And that's how it should be!

Pray tell, sir, what century comest thou from? For I have just espied Queen Victoria pasing by, and, whilst she posed for my camera, I have taken upon myself to explain to Her Majesty the wondrous virtues of four wheel drive. Alas, she looked upon me as if I were quite mad!

We normally do...just combination of errors has led to this being a printed show only ! - we'll all be crowding round Keith's blue books next time to have a look

I'm sure Nath will be sorted by then, and I'll make a note to bring mine too.

MarkE,

How did the Boost Gauge fitting go

Can you do us a favour and let me know what ECU Version you have. It's the big letters on the top cover.

Probably 'U8' but may be 'Z4' or 'U7' etc...etc....

Cheers Mate....

Scott, the boost gauge fitting was a non starter

The ECU was a Z4 from memory

Not a bad ECU then... the Z4 has quite a good map in it. Although the boost is 4psi down on the map on your chip/adaptor.

Just compiling my library of maps and trying to tie them down to ECU Versions to try and get a grip of the variations.
