It appears that the currently preferred hotel is now fully booked, so any future persons wishing to join the annual festive jollification will need to seek alternative accommodation.

May i respectfully suggest that the abode used in previous years be the preferred "overflow" place to crash out in, albeit at a higher nightly rate?

The 'previous' accomadation was fully booked before we started all this, even at those prices!

There are a few other options in Brum which may involve a taxi ride.

I would strongly advise people to get there by train, as if the past two years are anything to go by it is unlikely that anyone will be in a fit state to drive home on Sunday!

 

I think at the end of the night, i'll skulk off to my nice cosy bed...
