I am attending, as is horrgakx. Lee has our cheques and hopefully will send the funds on to you shortly. Unless nhe does a runner. I've just realised, I sent the meoney to his old address and do not know his new address. Hmm.... Roger Cook case perhaps?

droplinks were ace at rockingham- had all the geometry done on the car the day before and it felt awesome. so awesome in fact that i sold it a couple of days later and now have an STi type R/A.

meeting up with mellow (all being well) for breakfast somewhere around scotch corner ~ anyone else up for it?

simon

ps. don't forget to bring you lid, lee, and some disposable underwear (the R/A's a bit more capable than i am)

RRH - We'll be passing Scotch Corner on the way but only stopping for fuel. I expect we'll be there from 8:30?

Just spoke to Cassie at Croft, twisted her arm to have OPEN PIT LANE all day.
I've had to commit to have at least 16 people, so please don't let me down boys.

Current list reads as follows:-

1. Ian A
2. Stan P
3. RRH (simon)
4. Harvey
5. Dave W
6. Steve S
7. Mellow
8. Mike (esso)
9. Paul Y
10.Steve R
11.Nigel G
12.Mark C
13.Des C
14.J McElroy
16.Jason B
17.Gordon Mc
18.Jamie W
19.John F

A couple of these are a bit iffy, so some more people would take the pressure off my bank balance, as I will have to pay for 16 regardless of how many turn up.

Please have a ring round your mates (if you've got any) and drum up some more people if you can.

If I've missed anyone out give me a call. I will just take payment on the day if you have not already paid.

See you all at the 9.00am Briefing.

Ian

Not sure if I speak for all, but I would certainly be happy to absorb a little extra cost to go from sessions to open pit lane.

I was going to ask this offlist, but can anyone on the organising side tell me if the pit garages are available to use please? Steve S and I will be bringing wheels, tools and a chuffing great can of petrol. Can I officially ask if me & Steve can use a garage please? (I'm sure other people will be in the same boat).

Will play with mine on track early Nov....until then will watch and learn from the old timers ....

Will have Craig with me on Sat (on of my new lads from the office)...so would appreciate giving this young 19 y/o an idea of what these Scoobs (and others) can do round a track....to date he's never been out in one.

So if anyone can oblige...It would be appreciated

Cheers for now

Catch you all on Sat....some earlier at Little Chef for breakie!!

I will be coming too now I've got my car back! Can't wait to stop driving the STI like a girl and to have its' life on track!

Question for Ian though, can I have a pit crew, and when Subaru Assist take my car to fill up on Optimax on the back of a trailer, will I get a hire car?

Jamie

My pit crew will be available for hire, very reasonable rates. Usually the promise of a pint of falling down juice does the trick.

Subaru assit draw the line at doing fuel runs. By the way Enterprise were well chuffed about picking your hire car up !!!!
Middlesborough to Carlisle not that far.
