yes mate was a cracking time for motorsport, I remember seeing the volvo T5 850 estate in its 1st outing @ thruxton I believe with rickard rydell behind the wheel,it was a huge P.R stunt by volvo which angered many drivers as they didn't want to compete against an estate.

yeah i do too mate along with living life fast and evil gt. i am 41 so we are from the same era, i say enjoy it all now whilst we can as it will never return. can you imagine car tuning will be pretty much dead, loads of people out of work (no need for real mechanics once we are fully electric) its gonna be **** mate.
plus aswell electric cars are ****ing ugly, i mean real ugly.

thank you mate....believe it or not my wisdom tooth has kicked off so I’ve been sleeping due to the amount of painkillers I’ve been taking. I have a week of work anyway and my tooth kicked off, my face is like a rugby ball but I’ve still been getting out with my son. 👍

 

i feel your pain mate, ive just had a tooth extracted,1 in from the back top row,it broke just before covid hit us so i had a temp filling over it and it was fine but then infection kept getting in and due to my roots growing into my sinus cavity my regular dentist wouldnt touch it, i was referred to a practice in leicester but when i got there they said i was too heavy for their chair (max 22 stone,most kids weight that these days lol) so i was put on a waiting list for the hospital............14 month waiting time so i thought **** it and went private, he had to drill up into the tooth and split it into 3 then perform the extraction, luckily its all healed and sorted now but the pain was horrific for most of this year and back end of last year, literally lived on pain killers.****er charged me Ł300 for 12 minutes work though lol, to be fair i was in that much pain i would have let him roger me with no lube if it meant he could get my tooth out

 

😂😂😂😂 I got the other side out In 2013 but the fella was shaking and he stunk of ale so I cancelled the side that is killing now....my face was twice as big because he was either hung over or drunk...anyway I had the fear of god in me and I couldn’t do it...fckin big regret now 😭😭😭

I loved them all back then mate. By mine in the 90’s we had LOTS of boy racers and I’d stop and stare at them all. Cav gsi, cav sri, 2 red Astra gsi, Astra gte, golf gti, corsa gti, xr3i, rs turbo, etc....there was a whole bunch of them knocking around. It was a lot better back then but I’m not sure why....never seen a lotus Carlton though, beautiful machines

 

Ah those were the days, nova's with c20let conversions, rs turbos with the obligatory bailey dump valve and mk2 golf gti's slammed on there **** with a single wiper conversion.........good times

Hi all, took my car to a “cars and coffee” meet in deeside this morning. It was held by a company called “revitupuk” and they have a great selection of cars for sale. i always thought revitupuk was one of those companies that kept changing its name, i remember seeing them on ebay and their adverts and cars were very very similar to another company who once started to get bad reviews seemed to vanish.......

could be wrong though

 

im not sure to be honest shrek as I’ve not followed them for that long but they have a massive following and there’s always a couple of people who are constantly criticising them. 98% of followers love them and the cars they get in stock are fantastic 👍

It's funny you think there will be a police chase.

Most likely the police will have the power to override your car and tell it to stop.

Even worse car thief's will just drive by your car hack into it, pull it over and hi Jack it off you. It will basically be a computer on wheels.
