Lurgan Park
The ever popular SEAT Lurgan Park Rally is moving its date to the 24th August. Contrary to some press reports, clerk of the course William Fullerton refutes any suggestion that the rally may be forced away from its traditional Lurgan Park venue because of grant aided development of the park.

But then there is this bit from this weks news????????
What is going on?
Fermanagh’s Garry Jennings had a test session in Philip Johnston’s Mitsubishi Lancer at St Angelo last week. The 22 year old was delighted with his four wheel drive experience and by all accounts was mighty impressive with the way he handled the it. There is a possibility, not yet confirmed, that Garry could get an entry on the 6th July SEAT Lurgan Park event with UTV’s Pamela Ballantine co-driving.

I have it on good authority that Lurgan Park Rally, is this weekend, the 6th July 2002
First Car is running around 11am, with scrutineering on Friday night.
I spoke to one of the competitors, so I’d hope they would know.
