Newish member but I browse the forums every few days, been in a Scooby almost 3 years now.
Usually browse for information rarely have to ask due to most stuff being covered, shy away from asking some questions due to the elitists that throw a fit over petty stuff like how dare you own a Scooby and not be able to throw thousands at it daily to fix every little issue. Like so sorry I bought a Scooby when I'm not loaded, have thousands in debt, have a family and make just enough to keep a float.
But still, no other car if rather be driving tbh, effing love the thing as does the Mrs, what I don't like is being beaten by an old St because the Mrs forgets how to drive lol

I'm the same as you - I don't want to throw thousands at the car... So many more important things to spend money on nowadays. For me the car is just a hobby project that sits in the garage gathering dust most of the time, and every so often I'll go out and tinker with it for an hour or two to keep myself sane.
So, take no notice of the nay-sayers, this place is still a great resource IMO
