Hero Harry - FFS, I hate the British media.
BBC breakfast news are really milking it

It was a **** game to watch, they played **** as I said they would because that's all they have ever played like and because they manage to beat Tunisia the press and TV pundits were singing their praises FFS.

How about they say it how it was - Linekar was hinting at it by saying the scores on the BBC player rater might not make pretty reading but that's as far as it went. Bloody Shearer and others were singing their praises when they should have been laying into them

The commentary by Martin Keown was just as bad.

I've taken a punt on Portugal, given the form of the other teams.
Belgium also looking good

Croatia are going to be tough for anyone to beat the way they are playing.

Iran gave Spain a scare so looking forward to the Iran Portugal game.

It was and I can't deny that, but their first goal was in off a knee and to concede a free kick at that position on the pitch with 40 seconds left is just unbelievable. I just hate the bloody Germans

Now that's how I want to see England play!!!!

This is the best result we could have had and give them the confidence to play like this going forward.

Belgium will be a proper test but this is just the confidence boost they need to play proper decent football.

And top refereeing for once actually giving us penalties when they are stone wall.

What an afternoon and could only have dreamed of this after how we played against Tunisia

^^^ Ditto on all fronts.

All the goals were quality. Esp. Ling's, obviously -- a Worldie, in my book.

Finally, for once in a major tournament, England are actually getting the rub of the green re. decisions.

What's amusing/annoying, is that should Messie/Ronaldo have scored a similar goal, everyone would be cooing/purring.
