Brilliant work.
Are you keeping the TMIC? Cant help but think a bonnet scoop will look out of place on a mini's bonnet.
Maybe you could mount the IC in the boot and duct air up from the floor?

TMIC will stay for now , off to track day friday , so time is limited

i have lots of ideas / changes that we can look into later on in year
