Kwik Fit tyre issue

He started off with the 75 then after the first spin he added more , then the inner edge ,then took a few off ,then on again...!
I will also add that the fitter did not remove the weights before putting the wheel on the balance machine until I mentioned to him that I don't want more adding before he took the old ones off so not sure why he didn't, but again it leads to a lack of confidence in the whole process with them.
In fact I would be better weighing in the lead now to be honest and it would pay for a new tyre..!
Appreciate the offer of looking at the wheel but im in Manchester area so Aberdeen would be a bit of a trek, but thanks anyway.
I did receive a call today actually from the Customer Service guy I spoke to on Friday ,who was asking how the car was after the fitter re-seated them on Monday which is at least appreciated.
He did say try and test it over the next few days and see how they are, and if a problem still, phone him back next week. Not sure where this may lead but if the vibration is still there then no harm in phoning him .
Will keep you guys posted.

Yep that's a good idea.
I have to phone the guy back from customers service this week.
He wanted me to see if improved after moving the tyres around the rim and re-seating them.
To be honest though, knowing that the tyre is egg shaped does not fill me with confidence.
When I drive the car , I drive it, and I need to know it wont do something unpredictable so for me they need changing.

Kwik fit are correct in what they say about the warranty.
They buy the tyres off a supplier who buy them off the importer/ manufacturer who are liable.
If an end user (you) have a fault you go back to the garage who will replace it (sell you another) then contact theit supplier who will collect it from them.
The supplier then sends photos/ details to their importer/ manufacturer who will decide if they want to inspect it themselves (they will then ask for it back and inspect/ test it). Most times they trust the supplier and agree on a refund (full price minus £x for each 1mm worn) and issue this to the garage who will pass it on to the customer or refund customer direct (they have their details on a complaint for submitted with faulty tyre).
This isn't a Kwit fit scam it's what most garages do

I always find that going to the store and "sharing" 
my experience with other "prospective" customers... strangely improves the customer service I receive, that along with informing them that I'm an active member on several car forums as well as various social media where I will also be sharing my experience with them.... consequently I generally receive pretty good service from most outlets. 
Which is also why I rarely buy off the internet etc, I like to see and be sure about what it is I'm getting and have a point of contact, face to face... I also usually do quite well at getting discounts or something for free this way.

Under the law, afaik, the DEALER is your point of contact, not the manufacturer. If you buy, say, a fridge from Currys, it's Currys that honour your warranty.

I will be phoning the guy back Monday as I hadn't driven the car to check it much but it is still the same in my opinion and I cant rely on something I know is faulty so it needs to be replaced for piece of mind.
