So a few more bits done with the car. Firstly a Beatrush rad panel.

More importantly I had a new zorst fitted so she now sounds like a scoob. Ended up with a Fujitsubo Legalis R cat back system, not too loud as she is a daily and I wanted a JDM exhaust so its the best of both worlds
I have a prodrive sports cat ready to go once she gets a remap early next year.

Quick update - I had this noise which sounds like a ball bearing rattling around when i break or change direction, it was driving me nuts, so after some removal of the centre console and lots of driving/ breaking I caught this little chap under the carpet rolling up and down the outside of the transmission tunnel.
So relieved to have sorted it out.

i really really like this - i wanted to ask about the engine in them, does it suffer the same fate as the uk wrx/sti 2.5 engine with the ringland problems?
what turbo do they come with?

between 350 and 380ish and then like the impreza they need internal upgrades etc.
I will be looking at getting at least 330 out of mine with the first remap, then going from there.
that will be with:-
panel filter
fuel pump upgrade
3 port boost solenoid
sports cat + cat back system already on the car
Heat 7 plugs

Saturday was a sad day, Scrappy my Impreza was sold On the plus side I can now focus fully on Flo, so to cheer me up this week the following have been bought
SWRD uprated pump
SWRD 3 Port boost control Solenoid
NGK Heat 7 plugs
This little lot will be fitted bar the solenoid before going to Slowboy for a remap hopefully in March.

My Subaru's are mapped for 99RON VPower.
Luckily there's a Shell garage 1/2 mile down my road, and the few occasions (mainly in Wales) I've been caught short and not been able to find 99, I've just put a bit of the highest I can find in and kept off the boost then filled up with with 99 at first opportunity
