I sent the online quote week before i needed insurance, didn't think no one would reply. And after an email and a few phone calls, i just got answer phone. Ah well in the end just went on confused.com. Wasn't to bad.

He admits he's a hard guy to get hold of sometimes,I missed out last year as his holidays clashed with my renewal,I'm so glad I kept trying
I would say just pm him a few weeks before you need cover if you can and I'm pretty sure he'll get back to you.

Was I happy with the quote? HELL yeh!!!
Saved a small fortune!
My renewal from Sky insurance was ridiculous, they wanted £930 and didn't list all my mods properly again.

Once again I apologise you weren't able to get hold of me.
I appreciate it can be difficult to get through at certain times..... even my Mrs complains she can't get through!

As I've said, if you cannot get through please feel free to pm me and I'll get back to you.

We have recently taken on 3 new staff, so hopefully it'll help.

As i said on another thread, we are a relatively small (in staff numbers) broker, not a large call company with hundreds of staff.

He has access to the same schemes, but tends to specialise in Evo's and Skyline's

My experience of Adrian flux and Keith Michaels was disappointing to be honest. Both quoted £600 to insure a Jdm classic sti, capping 4000 miles a year, stored in an alarmed garage, for a 35 year old, 9 years no claims, clean license, previously driven several high performance motors

went on conpare the market and got a wuote of £300 in ten minutes. Not being disrespectful just sharing my experience.

That does seem quite expensive, I'd be interested to look at your quote and try to see why it was high

My expierence wasn't a positive one, PM wasn't replied to, niether was the online quote request, So I then rung and got a quote which was great BUT when I rung back to take the policy out and spoke to someone different I never got a call back that I was promised (Car details had slightly changed). Needless to say I ended up insuring with a competitor. Sad times.

Apologies for the issues your had getting in contact.

My pm's are up checked and up to date, can only assume it was from a little while ago.

It does certainly appear that on a few occasions i haven't been getting all the messages people leave, so i can only apologise for that and try to make sure it doesn't happen in the future.

Again, please feel free to me and i'll get in contact.

To be honest i haven't been coming on here every day, so i appreciate it may have taken longer than normal to get pm's, but i will be checking on here a lot more often.
