Plastic rubber material, as that angled edge on the end would be dangerous.

I remember ages ago someone else was going to do this but I'm sure they got in to copyright issues over the Scoobynet logo and name and weren't allowed to use it without permission and essentially giving the Scoobynet owners a cut of the profits so they scrapped the idea.
