As per usual though there's the usual, poor me I'm a minority like this poor chap, the bleeding heart **** lick liberals and the separation of opinion based purely on the victims background.

There certainly are knuckle draggers in the U.K., and equally from all religions/races and colour.

Exactly. The EDL, BNP, britains first etc take a story and spin it to be about a persons race. Those protesting/stirring the racial element of this seem to be of the same mindset.

I've just been informed by a reliable source of that,
The police were involved from a while back it seems and somebody was wearing a wire or to that effect and knew he had a gun in the car at the time, they followed and fired shots straight away, yassa apparently did not pull or wave a gun or anything although there was a gun in the car which the police knew of to be a fact, so the suspicion is that they could easily say he waved a gun at them and fired back, which he didn't have time to wave a gun or to be threatening.
Hence there is a big uproar over it saying he was murdered by the police.
Make of that of what you choose.
I'm not saying he was in the wrong or right.

Definitely. When I was young I remember a local house being attacked by a baying mob trying to get in. He'd sexually assaulted a young girl. Later he'd be released and murdered Sarah Payne. Had the mob got in she would still be alive.
Oddly the same house would be used for terrorist activity a number of years later.

sure, I have no real problem
making race and issue is making race an issue - there are some caveats to that
that's why I don't bother to comment on these threads really, the actual facts are all a bit messy - it seem like he was involved in gun crime/possession (or at least that's what the police thought) and when you do that you run the risk of coming up against the police/lethal force
But like I said we don't know - I am not naive enough to think the police are perfect, that's why we will have an IPCC enquiry, where hopefully the facts will emerge

It has been reported already that a 'loaded gun' with a silencer was found in the car, not sure if silencer was attached or that was found elsewhere in the car, but yes they say gun was on passenger floor. (The locals say the gun was put on floor by police, so does that mean gun was elsewhere in car?, the police did have positive intel that there was a gun in car as said above).
And the 'driver' has been charged for the gun.

Difficult one. Whether to believe the locals (Who I'd imagine aren't remotely biased and live on a motorway ) or the daily mail.
Its interesting that the driver was charged with possession of the firearm as well as intent to endanger life. That would mean they have evidence to support a theory that they were on their way to kill someone(s).

A gun was found along with silencer and bullets connected to the m62 shooting.
However it does not say wether it was in the car or found at a address during searches, but the 30 yo driver of the Audi is being charged for this.
Not sure if it means if it was found in car or elsewhere upon house searches etc.
But the gun found in car maybe a separate one, I don't know.
But that's what West Yorkshire police have said.

So a gang are going after this person(s) with the intention to kill, but are obviously so hard they have to go in numbers and take a gun.
My questions would be why was only one arrest made and why was only one killed?.
As I thought, cowards, have to fight in numbers AND take weapons.
And is this a version of events from these people that were also involved?. I wouldn't listen to a word they say.
Gone are the days when men were brave enough to fight one on one and not use weapons.

If he was a so called gangster, do you think he would tell his family what he's been getting up To? Would you tell your family you were up to no good? Maybe that's how his family knew him?
It's these kind of theories that **** me off tbh, find facts first or better still wait for the investigation to be completed before picking on 'maybe' innocent party's especially his family.
I know some dodgy people also, so if I'm in their car does that make me the same?
I could say all this also, but I'm not because I have no hard evidence to say these things.
I think you should join the fb brigade.
If he's done wrong then fair enough, but to mock everything just by your wild guesses just shows what type of person you really are.

Do you know for sure he was involved? Maybe he was just a passenger with dodgy mates or car behind were the real gangsters etc?
