I see they're updated the ebay add to reflect the questions they've been asked

They've chosen to ignore the various questions I've asked stating all of the items that are not correct on the car that really ought to be listed.

I was very thorough in my questions and comments and he's left out everything.

If someone has used the STI shell (which I doubt) then they have swapped over a LOT of bits.
it looks like it has hub adapaters/spacers which would explain the STI rims

Could explain it. I'm sure I've seen a thread about this car before on here. Just for the life of me can't find it.

Maybe it's just a simple error on the sellers part, maybe he means Cat D rather than Spec D?

Makes more sense.
I thought he just fitted 114 discs or redrilled, but then the calipers wouldn't mount?

So they are really trying to push it as a sti spec loool.
It's probably a hamster and jimminrugby jobby

The calipers will bolt to the hubs without issue. Redrill you discs to 114 pcd Fannys your aunt Bobs your uncle.

In other words, this is a WRX specD rep, no more no less really feel for the poor sod who buys this

To me the SpecD badge looks well dodgy too, looks like it's been pealed off and reattached

Yep. Let's hope the buyer has a good look around it when they collect it and reject it for their sake.

That's where this forum comes in handy, hopefully anyone who is interested would have the sense to join a forum and ask for information and advice.

In the short time I've been on here I've learnt a shed load regarding what's what with regards to all the different specs and what comes with what.

Great place.

They're not Spec Ds

Apostrophe police here - "Do spec d sti's come without brembo's"

"sti's" what? "brembo's" what? What's possessive about those?

Are you a member of the Spec D police or something?

You've been on here 16 years and all you can reply about is a grammatical error!
