Ordered my wheels last week. Collected them in Tuesday
Fitted them first thing Wednesday morning
Then Thursday was the day to go and see Jake for the big changes
Arrived about 9:30 am & after a quick brew we made a start in stripping the car.
Roof lining dropped and flap bracket offered up to check where needed cutting
Once the inner skin was marked out we made some pilot points to start the drilling.
On to the drilling part
Jake then proceded to make the starter cuts which would allow access with the air saw
Hole cut & inner mounting bracket fitted
Rubber outer seal fitted & siliconed in place to make sure of no chance of leaks
Flap bolted to roof
Then proceded to fit the inner trim part

Once the flap was fitted it was time for a bit more stripping down of the car
Once all the parts were stripped off it was time for some masking of the rear pillars & drill them to allow some Rivnuts to be fitted into them
Rear window spoiler now fitted
Then the Genuine STi Rear spoiler got fitted
.
Next it was time to install the new headlights. These proved to be a right pain in the *** with the HID kit to wire in.
JDM Front grill also got fitted once the lights were fully in and working.
Next was the STi bonnet vent and undertray to be fitted to complete the look of the front end
SBy this time it was getting late so the STi skirts got but on and the car off the ramp for a quick pic
Awww Look at the poorly white one in the background
Outside for some more pics before it goes fully dark
