Just the rear. The front would have fought turn-in thus using energy.

The rear though stopped body roll and oversteer which meant the car could carry more speed through corners off-Boost and negated the need for throttle coming out of sweeping bends. The key to good economy is to avoid breaking and lift off throttle well before a junction. Which can be trying for cars behind you.
