Are you for real?? I have had many many hose, fittings and kits for my cars from Pro-Line Motorsport, Mitch has bent over backwards a couple of times to help me out in the past with fittings that I have needed on the quick and has never disappointed. Seems to me this late parcel was down to Royal Mail not Mitch. Seems he stopped doing big money orders to try and help out someone in need. It didn't go the way the buyer wanted so now goes on a public forum and stamps his feet because his not happy the postman mucked up. Also why would some of you cause so much trouble when this really has nothing to do with you and you have probably never bought anything from this company. Maybe time to have a word with yourself and grow up a little. I will carry on giving my business to Pro-Line Motorsport that's for sure.

My order certainly wont be getting placed now until you can get your customer services in order. I see there is another thread too with another member having problems in returning incorrect parts.
Seems to me there customer service was good, calling and emailing the customer to find out if the kit had arrived. It was the poor service from Royal Mail that's at fault. From what I have read on the thread Mitch couldn't of done anymore. I'd like to see you get another company to stop making major racing teams orders to do a little order for a 1 time customer. This thread is pretty pathetic to be honest.

Just my two pence worth.

I dont know proline personally but i ordered some brake lines from them a little while ago and needed them desprately to which i got them the next day as promised the chap was very helpful amd have now come back on here to order a delete kit myself the parts are very good quality and i was very happy with the service provided.

As said above you shouldnt give an opinion if you havent experianced firsthand for yourselves, i have and am very happy and will continue to use proline for parts.

It was originally posted to gauge opinion, is that not the function of a public forum? The OP had not got the resolution he wanted or is legally entitled to by dealing directly on a one-to-one basis and so wanted to gauge opinion on next steps. I am involved in the management of a multi-million pound business and have a lot of experience in such matters, wanting to support members where possible as members have supported me in different matters.

I have commented with my opinion on the facts posted by the OP, these facts have not been refuted by the company in question (Though blame was not acknowledged). I am sure there are many satisfied customers and that a quality product is offered, however, based solely on the OPs experience in this one matter and the responses in this one thread I will not become a customer.

Bullbag, you have had no dealings with this company yet your here going on and on about something that was out of the control of the company as Royal Mail took longer than normal to deliver. 1st class recorded is 1 to 2 days and that's stated on Royal Mails website, so the goods were sent in time to meet this wingers deadline. Do yourself a favour, put the keyboard down, take the warrior suit off and wind your head in. The problem is pretty much resolved from what Iv seen no point carrying on spouting crap about a company that's done there best to try and help a customer out.

Vicarious indignation and name calling. Such a comical mixture.

Very childish behaviour on here, read the thread and Proline have been honourable in this matter.

Just wanted to say thanks for the full refund.

I appreciate you feel like you did all you could at your side of the transaction but I hope you can also see why I wasn't happy too.

Hopefully this will help you further improve your business structure.

Just to point out to everyone I have absolutely no problem with the quality of product supplied by Pro-Line Motorsport my grounds for refund were based purely on time constraints which had been pointed out.

Thanks
