Subaru Recall!
Just a bump to say that mine failed (corrosion) and my local Subaru dealer replaced them, no quibble, even though they had been recalled and "treated" in 2013.
I suspect had it been a purely manufacturer recall then they may have put up more of a fight. Because though it is a VOSA recall, it effectively means that the part isn't fit for purpose and therefore they are legally liable.
