Seen them live three times. Highway to Hell tour In 1979 (Bon's last tour) at the Glasgow Apollo (what a venue that was), then a big gap until the Black Ice tour in 2009 (Malcolm's last tour) and most recently the Rock or Bust tour last year (which may sadly be Brian's last tour if today's news is to be believed)
Awesome gigs, every one. Rock or bust was probably the best gig I've ever been to.
To me Bon and Brian are just different. Each put their own stamp on the band. Both were/are outstanding but Brian's energy levels and commitment on the Rock or bust tour had to be seen to be believed.
