Again, Sally's options were limited and in true Mr Tumble style, he was railroaded into taking the proposal put forward if it meant keeping his prior engagement. This does not detract from the fact Mr Tumble was obviously trying to avoid insurance intervention.

Initially it was felt the job was "adequate". However after using the car it became clear corners had been cut. Pipes weren't securely fitted, brackets not tightened, bolts and screws finger tight etc so the car was returned to Mr Tumble who robbed all the parts he needed from another customers car.

you can't settle for yes's and no's. But I do apologise for my brashness in my previous reply 😔
Thanks for the nice reply. It as you say it's never ever a clear cut yes and no.

I totally understand SALLY going down that route. Unfortunately it does seem out of the pan and..............

I hope he gets the matter resolved. But I suspect there will be no winners in this sad affair.

From what i read of his side of the story is that its the owners fault for leaving the car with his company as now he has injuries, and he has had to pay out of his own pocket. Poor bloke.

Tidgy, we've already established Coco was a professional clown and as such have settled for "Mr Tumble" (other children's tv programmes featuring clowns are available).

After trying to warn people for the last 2 years and hearing more tales of incompetence I have come to the conclusion that it will never be his fault.. here are a few examples..

Name: huffy%20compilation_zpsqbb1buip.jpg
Views: 0
Size: 48.5 KB

Now obviously there is more incidents I have heard of and spoken to people about but do not know the facts, Including the incident that started this thread.

I have given up trying to spread the word, as all his facebook fanboys straight on your case when you do, and probably for the better I have now closed facebook as their is far too many numptys on there giving out bad advice. Also after the abuse I received I think its best I stay off their for a while, do they intimidate or scare me.. NO.. but they seem to intimidate and scare some other people who have grievances against Robberham Scoobies. To be fair I have absolutely no interest in him and his antics anymore, all I hope is that it doesn't take the unsafe and dangerous acts that they carry out to make people to realise how bad they truly are.
I should imagine if it came to that he already has his excuses lined up, for example the lorry driver was speeding and my little boy was crying about been an orphan... He always seems to use his personal circumstances as a sympathy magnet..

All I have left to say is Good luck to any of his 'family' that use him

Sadly however, Mr Tumble always manages to play the victim and he does it well. As Shep pointed out, nothing is ever his fault. According to his facebook he's a doting father and was a loving loyal Husband. The reality couldn't be further from the truth. His poor wife was terminally ill and he was out sleeping with anything that moved because he couldn't get it at home (his words not mine). He was claiming carers allowance, yet he was at the garage working every day. An illegal act straight away. Heck even his in-laws tried to get custody of their grandson because they knew where he was better off. Yet he'll happily play at mechanic without a clue what he is doing apart from reading how to do it on facebook or a forum and put lives at risk.

I'm normally not a malicious person and I try to stick to the facts rather than make it personal, but I honestly now cannot wait for him to slip up again on a car that belongs to one of the sheeple that hero worship him and they suffer. Because that's the only way the fools will learn.

Okay sorry about the delay. Just needed to await a phone call.

So here's where we're at... I've spoken to A1 Metal Recycling limited who own the truck that was involved. Here is what they have said.

"Our driver was passing a car parked on the inside of a blind bend when the subaru came out of nowhere at a speed our driver estimated to be no less the 40mph. Details were exchanged at the side of the road and he was given both our details and those of our insurer but we have not yet heard anything from him since the incident last September. There has been no claim for personal injury and no payout whatsoever and it is our belief that he is unlikely to have any cover so the matter will be left for the police to follow up".

Now let's see what bs he comes out with...

So the Tony Hough fanboys are out and it's hilarious!

Apparently this letter
Proves he has insurance. Actually all it says to me is "I haven't got insurance was stupid
Enough to have an accident and I'm gonna try cashing in on it"...

Yup I imagine by now the police will be contacting MID to verify if and what policy was held at the time. Given it will be his second motor offence with the first one being a custodial sentence for TWOC, I imagine it'll probably be another custodial 😂

Just because a garage exclusively deals with one make does not make them a specialist. They could have new boys come and go and have to learn the ropes each time. Saying that I used Neil at SBR and he's good nice long arrow straight road to do live mapping on as well. Not sure if he's on this site but he did a good job mapping mine!

The skid marks state he was doing well over 20mph, at 20mph you won't get skid mark, if anything just a slight one
