This is my Litchfield type 25 sti had it since march so thought i best post a pic seen as ive been a member for a few week now. Its been a rocky road so far but its startin to come together nicely now....
Yeah Martin it is mental - can't believe the difference to the previous engine which was a 2.1 stroker. Just had this one built in the last few weeks as the previous engine was poorly spec'd and put together...but was in the car when I bought it. The torque on this is wicked and the acceleration scary.
This build is a 2.5 with closed deck inserts and 14mm headstud conversion
PEC Rods
Wossner pistons
Cosworth bearings
2.5 79mm Nitrided Crank
RCM GT Spec Headers
Harvey Smith Trick Up Pipe
Turbo Dynamics MDX555-450 billet turbo
Nismo 740cc injectors
RCM340 Fuel Pump
Custom K&N induction kit
AlcaTek ECU Motorsport enabled (Launch & ALS)
I was perving on this yesterday on the Type R thread - it could quite possibly be my favourite Impreza of all time.
Thank you very much mate - not everyone's cup of tea, especially the C-West body kit, so I am sure the oem Type R purists aren't that keen on the looks. However it's me that matters and I just wanted to be a little bit different in the looks department without going OTT with it.

I think that's exactly what you've done: with some tasteful mods you've made it look different to other Type Rs, but haven't gone too far so as to ruin it. The bodykit looks amazing, the fog covers look amazing, the wheels look amazing, I wouldn't change a thing. Perfection!
Fancy selling it to me?
