Have anybody else had wind noise from these as I'm thinking of fitting mine on the weekend and do those clips actually fit in to anything

Possibly talking about the moulded plastic tab/clip?

I snapped mine off and fitted fine.

 

The moulding u snapped was to hold the clips you never got as above again the clips help hold them closer to the body work

 

So where can I get said clips or clip from?
Because I'm very interested in clip c in your drawing because it would be perfect for my wind deflectors

 

Still no feed back on wind noise and why wasn't these extra clips mentioned before to me your just relying on the tape you sure this will hold and not get on your nerves at speed somebody else has already mentioned about wind noise aswell

Hi, reply regarding wind noise on these....

I get it on mine, at 60+mph ... Only after I have fitted these, it's not real bad and I'm sure some of it is due to the window gussets letting in air (ordered a new set from Japan £124 per side!!!!)

As for the clips, in kas' defence he did mention that they were only sick on ones and they do stay on no problem... Genuine ones are pretty pricey And I've never seen a set for sale. So at £80 I'm pretty satisfied, even with a lil wind noise. My sti was always pretty whistly whilst giving it a little, I must admit I did think of taking them (deflectors) off but now I'm used to it, I Don't mind it so much.

Just my 2 cents...and my opinion.

Thanks for reply not blaming kas will have to decide weather to fit them or sell them on they are good quality but will have to decide weather I can put up with slight wind noise but heading towards selling them on cheers phil

Just got car back today and fitted these finally look well worth the money thanks kas top seller

 

i have kas deflectors fitted.and my mate has originals with clips.. both have same wind noise.. and as for tape.. i been on motorway no problem with coming off

 

ive had many wind deflectors on different cars...they never get rid of wind noise lol

 

If this group buy is still on, I would like to my name down for a set too.
