This was the same with the one's I was sent, slightly shorter than what's on my car, they were also basically straight arms unlike the ones on my car which have a sort of dog leg shape if that makes sense, one of them also had some sort of wind deflector on it.

Still waiting here, thats the week I was asked to wait.
If they send me the wrong wipers they will be sent straight back and I will asking for a full refund there and then.
Not waiting months for the right ones....

right guys the response from hydrotek...
the wipers will be completed this week and shipped out then and early next week.
when the GB was started it was explained that the time scale would be from when everyone has payed the outstanding balance, the timescale being 3-4 weeks, I then updated that the guy at hydrotek had a family issue where his very young lad had been poorly and had to be in hospital and would delay the wipers by a week, which then adds up to the wipers being sorted this week.
as for the comment of simply just dipping some wipers.. this is why there was a lead time of 3-4 weeks due to other orders placed before ours.
I can understand that people have paid good money and are keen to get the goods that they have paid for but I would of expected a little more support.. at the end of the day I have taken the time and effort to try and do everyone a favour and save them some pennies... but that's just my opinion
anyway if anybody has any further problems please contact hydrotek direct from their website
many thanks

Not sure but i can tell you they're not new, when i got mine i lifted the arm at the pivot point to make sure it was going to clear the coating and not chip the finish and there was rust under where i lifted it.

Spoke to Chris @ Hydrotek directly today, seems like a genuine guy and was apologetic, told him the issues with mine and he told me that they buy their wiper arms from breakers and receive them in boxes of classic and new age specific, mine came from the newage box obviously, he has suggested i post them back to him along with my own arms and he'll dip mine and reimburse me postage, not sure what to do to be honest, don't want to be left without any wipers for an extended period.

Received mine and as mentioned above they are the wrong ones as well.
Same as the ones pictured above, they are too short and they sit too close to the windscreen, drivers side is straight where mines are dog leg style so are absolutely no use to me.
Oh and also never received any back wiper arm either.
What are people doing about getting these issues resolved, surely something needs doing???

Well come 6pm tonight I'll be filing a paypal dispute he's mixed up the newage and classic wipers so it shouldn't be that hard to rectify and I've still not received anything. I assume he's also covering all the return postage ?

Ive had a few emails from Chris at Hydrotek and he says they ordered 2 batches of wipers, classic and newage so they must have got mixed up.
Wants me to return them and also send mine to him to be done but i dont want the car being laid up while these are done to be honest.

Now as above and through an email to Hydrotek, Chris was well aware at the end of last we there was a mix up between Newage and Classic.
Any sensible business will have sorted that for the ones being shipped from that point on.
Lets see if anyone does actually get them this week AND gets the right ones....
