So still no evidence other than a pointless link to another pointless dump valve post, and some pictures of a pretty STI with a or valve?
Maybe this is all just too tricky for my simple mind to understand, or maybe no one is actually giving a proper answer?
A "pretty" STi developed by people with a brain immeasurably superior to you, for real use not dick waving to mates and drawing attention to your self.
Maybe a bit late but has anyone ever used a baileys dump valve? Looking to put one on my 2005 blobeye wrx. Thanks Jack
Are you taking the mick?
Baileys - the worse quality dump valves known to man, made for chavs so they go woosh at 0.00001 bar of boost....thus leaking when any serious boost is put through it.

Dont be gay. Leave the OEM one on.
Thankyou for this guidance 🙈 Forge was my second choice, are these acceptable?
Nothing wrong with Dump valves, To the O/P, if you like them, get one, i lurv them, so i have one and have done for the last 8 yrs ( HKS ) , i prefer it as the way i see it, the turbo isnt beaten up by excess turbo gases hitting it again as when a recirc is fitted.
As a side not, when i was self mapping my car last year, i did a power run with recirc and one with my HKS, no difference in graph reading or bhp difference, go figure ............
I'm defininitly getting one, just wondered if anyone had used that particular one. I respect peoples opinions but it's my car at the end of the day lol. Didn't mean to cause another uproar.😂

No uproar, if you choose to be a tool like Barxy, its entirely up to you
The world takes allsorts, even those with chav cannons
If you absolutely must have one buy a quality one like a tial, genuine hks or turbosmart. none of that cheap ****e that leaks at the slight hint of boost and makes the car kangroo

Okay Thankyou, some slightly less negative feedback! I shall look into hks and turbosmart 👍
Had one about 10 years ago, went in the bin after 10 mins
My Type R came with one, I remember Duncan Dynamix showing me what it was doing to my cars performance. Went on eBay, sold to some nutter for more than what they cost to buy new. Gotta love chavs and ebay.
I've tried all 3 options and my personal preference is no dv at all but I know some people are cautious with their turbos, so for performance and turbo longevity in mind re-circ is better than a vta

The thread is concentrating on professionals who are not interested in BHP ***** waving but technical issues.
Watching the uptight lot get all stressed out about dump valves.
Oh and Trinity, owned? Haha you are funny arent you dude, theres more people here that like dump valves than those who dont.
The best thing is us lot that like them dont get upset and cry about it like you do
Im gonna grab some popcorn and keep watching you get upset, this is great

You'll open up a can of worms with this... You must have forgotten the number 1 rule of scoobynet, which is no modifications or you are hailed as a chav. You MUST stick with all the oem subaru parts, which are mass produced and fitted for their cost effective properties (even though the 'Trinitys' on here probably think its down to all the testing etc etc etc) ever wondered why people moan about the poor suspension on subarus? You cant replace that for something 'inferior' or you will be called a chav
All this **** about how a Subaru sounds or doesn't sound, how a jdm is better than a UK Subaru who gives a ****. If you do buy a dump valve buy a good one its your money, your car and your choice so do what you like, as for which car is better a jdm or a UK subaru again who cares just enjoy your car for ****s sake whatever model Subaru it is!!!
