Was thinking (apart from my good guess on the £500k.lol)

Presumably( and I dont do Divorce) ,the solicitors who applied for the Decree absolute without getting a financial settlement consent order done were negligent??

If that is right,you only have 6 years to sue your solicitor.Although I suppose the argument re date of knowledge could be used.

This a scary decision with massive repercussions...

The solicitor on channel 4 news last night ( rather nice ) , didn't seem to think it was massive concern
