I dont want to sound badly but why you dont break the car,you will get more money than the 8,500 you're looking as it has a nice spec

u started at 8500
raised to 10000
now dropped to 8500
tbh u had several offering 8.5 to 9 but listened to the usual its worth this its worth that any car is only worth what someone will pay and could have benn sold ages ago no u have doubt creeping into peoples minds that theres a reason it hasnt sold..ur best bet now is to strip and sell bits maybe use stewart to strip it very few modded imprezas sell as a whole and they normally are the top notch ones

You are correct, I could have sold but didn't, hindsight!! rest assured the car is mechanically sound as a pound for any still prospective buyers.

Good luck, OP - you are to be commended for wanting to sell the car whole.

Other than not wishing to destroy a perfectly good car, breaking requires time, space and energy that not everyone has. If you pay someone to do it then the labour fees eat into any profit. Not to mention the hassle of having to advertise and sell parts.

Sure, its such a waste, but sometimes you have to think with your mind rather than your heart.Even early Stock sti's are almost worth more in parts let alone built with good spec ones

Sadly breaking these cars is the only way most of us will get the money we need back for them. I hate looking in the breaking section and seeing some lovely cars getting destroyed, makes me wanna cry! Hopefully you can sell it in one piece and it's kept that way.
