Even if I were bothered and emailed the site and asked them to remove my username from the list do you, for one second, really think they would take the slightest bit of notice. There's no libel there or anything remotely defamatory so they would tell me to do one if they responded at all.
The laugh is that I am not even interested enough to wonder how it got removed yet you seem obsessed with it which smacks a bit of hypocrisy given your accusations of me being the one who is bothered about it.

You claim to be a doctor and therefore you must have some intelligence so what I cannot grasp is why you think I had the slightest thing to do with my name disappearing form a poll on a third party website under the account a user who is not me. How would I delete my name even if I wanted to?
