You implied that Muslims weren't condemning the attack, but when asked who ought to be doing the condemning you plead ignorance. For what it's worth all the major Islamic institutions and the Arab League have met the shootings with disgust.

Should we expect terrorists to condemn other terrorists?
Have you seen anything at your local mosque? Are they inviting anyone in this weekend so everyone can condemn these acts together, as a community?. How many terrorist plots have been foiled using information given by Muslims?

Now there one nutter that should have had a lead aspirin to the temple. He would have been far less trouble if he had 'quietly disappeared'

I've no idea.

Well, the Afghani Taleban criticised the Pakistani Taleban over the recent atrocities at the school and Al-Qaeda criticised IS over some of the latter's actions in Syria and Iraq. So yes, we have evidence that some terrorists are so abhorrent that even abhorrent terrorists condemn them.

Well this thread has turned out pretty much as I expected with the usual thick ****s making their expected appearances. Can't say what I would really like to as the mods tell me I'm not allowed to any longer.

You shouldn't have to be though, should you? Certainly not in your own country.
And there's the root of the problem.
The Government need to draw a line in the sand, step over it and you're done.

Ahem... Since you've mentioned my name it is only fair I get to justify why I find the flag of St George so repulsive.

Yuk.... Seriously.... Even St George finds it repulsive!

And this is your fault! Not mine. I'm only reacting to what I see.

Well not your fault personally but just like the ***** hijacked the swastika the boneheads and mouthbreathers of Britain have done the same to the flag of St George. Shame on them! They should be hung for treason. They've done more damage to that flag than any terrorist could have dreamed of.

Every other flag is acceptable. Okay the Israeli one comes close but not yet.

Does not mean I hate Britain though does it? You should be condemning the damage certain people are doing to the image of the English flag.

As for my condemnation of terrorist attacks. Who for? You? Seriously? The person who thinks that muslims are not public enemy number one?

I'll apologise for something I haven't done when you apologise for the millions of Iraqis our government has slaughtered using the radicalised poor of the UK as cannon fodder.

I'll apologise for any white racists that have abused you and your family over the years. They do not represent me or the majority of white English people. If I was aware of this happening I would have no problem at all reporting it to the authorities.
If wasn't me, but I am ashamed of anyone who could be considered the same race or nationality as me acting in this way.

You and I are vastly different people.

So basically discriminating & hating that one flag is justifiable based on the actions of a small minority of radical English?

There you go. A poignant metaphor.

What are your local Muslims doing to show they condemn the recent actions in Paris?

There aren't any Muslims living in my village, but in Cardiff where I work I'll keep my ear to the ground and report back to you, Kwik. What are you doing to show you condemn the recent actions in Paris?

INTERMISSION

"I'm Charlie."

"I'm Charlie!"

"No, I'm Charlie!"

"I'm Charlie. And so is my wife."

A bit of light relief, there.

As you were......

You and I are vastly different people.
We are vastly different people.

The difference is that I do not accept your apology as valid.

The reason for this is that I see no reason and cannot possibly fathom as to why you should be apologising to me.

You didn't abuse me, you have never given my family any racist abuse.

Why would I then expect an apology from you?

For me to expect an apology from you just because you happen to be white would mean that I am extremely bigoted and such an expectation is frankly absurd.

So yes as you said. We are very different people and I'm glad for it
