Our leon tdi is faster as it's got no transmission losses as it's 2wd and not enough power to spin the wheels.
It's tuned by kunt tuning and does 257mpg because it has a lightweight arb

Well what can I say, I would believe you normally, but RS_MATT says it should do 379mpg with the lightweight arb and do a 9second run. So I don't think you know what you are on about really.

Ill listen to the expert please mate!!!!
I looked on you tube at totally different cars so concluded it's possible to do 8 seconds so therefore our leon is faster.
RS Matt . . .just out of interest do you know the exact weight of your car ?? Have you had it at the weighbridge?? And a more personal question how heavy are you??

No he hasn't got a clue is the honest answer as he hasn't ever proven any of these theories 😉

He's made most of it up to try and fit his sti envy.
My old car has gained loads of bhp to fit his rantings
Before you go on a trolling mission again don't bother as I'll just ignore again as I have been because a.it's pointless and b.I don't care and c.nobody else does either
That's the point matt you have no idea so you make it up
But it's like arguing what's best a commodore 64 or a spectrum.
I couldn't care less I had both, know which was best and wouldn't want another as they are old hat and outdated.

most standard wrxs run in the 14's and standard stis in the 13's. you need over 400 bhp to get into the 12's in an [Newage] impreza.
Persistently claiming since those quotes that you did 12.8 in a 261bhp full fat Newage STI with passenger gives you no credibility at all. Even though you are an obvious troll.

First things first, need to get this 11 second pass conquered to get Tom off my back then I'll be looking at a brake upgrade and see how things go.
I've been throwing the car into corners a bit more to try and get the confidence up, the tyres can take far more than I'm capable of but the brakes (which don't fade) just want to lock up all the time.
The reason I'm looking more at the handling side is that there are two lads local to me who have both bought heavily modded STis and I'm continually meeting them on the local country roads. I blitz them on the straights substantially but they out-brake me easily so any gap is soon closed on the twisties. I thought by making the car uber light it would make the brakes more usable, but I was wrong.
