I'm not sure there are many WRX's over 360bhp though

I managed a 13.18 with a full weight newage wrx (car weighs 1480kg with half a tank of fuel and me in it) with audi gearbox, 353bhp, 346ftlb. 1.8 60ft. also ran 13.22 with same car on another day, 1.9 60ft. Nothing left in the car. going for more power.

By nothing left you mean fully stripped?

It's a road car, full road trim. It gets drag raced the same as it gets used to pick up my daughter from nursery, go to work, shops or even an MOT, stripping is not an option I'd like to explore. More power is, the car cannot be driven faster, I've changed my tyres, wheels, fuel, gearbox ratios, turbo, Intercooler and I still does a 13.2.
I need another 100hp lol,
So I'm not going to moan about it, I'm going to get another 100hp 😂

nope, two different days, same time. thats it. What drag strip was that on? Crail is notoriously bad for traction, launch any harder and it just spins all four tyres. 1.8 60ft is pretty good there, most imprezas are 2+ seconds 60ft at crail.

The 478hp Ferrari F40 has no chance against my 333hp WRX (on the strip) as the F40 just can't launch anywhere near as hard as my WRX with my low torque and insanely long 1st gear. It's hard to digest as the base car is a 1390kg 221bhp car but I can launch at redline in the dry and get no wheelspin, this returns a 3 second 0-60, the F40 was tested around 3.8-4.0 secs but is real wheel drive.
Some of the faster cars with big torque are the heavier cars such as the Nissan GTR. I can imagine fitting a rally engine to a Ariel Atom would also drastically slow it's 1/4 mile times as the 500lbft of torque creates all kinds of issues in a paper light car.
Boosted, your best bet it to oversize the turbo and run lower boost, this will drastically lower your torque whilst significantly raising bhp, there are other mods that increase bhp and lower lbft such as larger diameter turbo inlet pipe and bigger front mount afaik, also fitting larger diameter wheels will lengthen your gears a tad which is like setting off in 2nd gear to a small extent.

Let's look at some facts to back up my hypothetical times.
478bhp Ferrari F40 0-60 3.8 seconds 1/4: 11.97 @126mph
333bhp Subaru WRX 0-60: ? seconds 1/4 mile: 12.68 @104mph (damp track)
395bhp Cosworth STI 0-60: 3.7 seconds 1/4 mile: 12.75 @107mph
I'm obviously pulling a sub 3.7sec 0-60 as the Cossie was slower than me over the quarter mile but had an higher terminal. Let's say I ran 3.6 secs.
Taking into account my run was on a damp track and I'd parked in a very muddy field just before my run I'd confidently say I could get it down to circa 3secs in ideal conditions. Especially as my car is now another 30kg lighter.
As for the F40 it crosses the line at 126mph after a conservative 0-60 of 3.8 so obviously if I'm to run 11.9 in the summer my 0-60mph will have to be around 2.9 as I won't get to 126mph!!!! THINK ABOUT IT.
I've also beat the 0-60 foot times of two 10 second SN 700bhp+ STi's on here, with proof, and I'm confident they are capable of low 3 second 0-60 times!

I'm really unsure on you, I can't decide if you actually believe this drivel you spout on here or if you are just on a huge wind up.
I also seriously doubt you've done any of these times you shout about, i would imagine you use one of those pointless bhp and speed calculator's that can found online and then you take it as gospel.

You seem so focused on 0-60 and 1/4 mile times, I really don't understand why when it means **** all in the real world.
For instance, I ran a 12.7 quarter in my previous classic. That car had over 400bhp and around 370 ftlbs, the car weighed very little over 1200kg.
Now your time was quicker than mine... does that mean your car is a quicker car than mine...?? Ofcourse it's not...

I said I would pay for your entry to totb to put your car up the strip to prove your bull**** claims. Nothing to do with racing me.
I won't even be at totb.
Nor do I care if you do the handling course.
You will not do 3 sec 0 to 60. End of.
You are such a ****ing moron

This link has me down at 3.99secs to 60mph based on my actual damp 1/8 mile stats but tbh my car drastically slows after 60mph so you've to allow for that. I've used a more technical calculator before that gave me 2.9secs based on a 11.9 sec run which is what I believe is manageable.
