I rolled my own arches and have done someone elses since then. Bit far away from you though.
Is a job you can do youself with the right tools and lots of patients.
Tyres look good. They offer more protection that the yoko's do that I'm running. May try these next on my XXRs. Cheers for the pics!

Haven't posted much about the car lately, anyway a parts from cdf racing arrived 2day;
Inlet manifold spacers, brake stopper, oil catch can with breather.
The car is in the body shop at the moment getting the widetrack rear bumper sprayed and fitted, front splitter repaired, boot and fuel cap release.
Having the zunsport grills powder coated black to make it look abit meaner, also my seat brackets done. Hopefully get some more pics up on the weekend

Subscribed! Engine-wise, it looks like you're going a very similar route that I did, was wondering if you'd seen my spec list
If you check my garage you'll see the spec of my car and I probably have around 90% of the engine mods you're doing - I didn't opt for an aftermarket fuel regulator though as the late JGM told me mine would be good enough; will be good to have a fuel pressure gauge you can check though - I have an in-car one in a pod instead.
My SC42 billet is one of the earlier ones and I had it from new, so it didn't come with the treated housing, and personally I have found the Perrin inlet hose has the best curve for that turbo as it's a fair bit bigger than the OEM vf35.
When you get it mapped I would recommend you have your mapper fit a 3 bar map sensor; before we fitted this my car was overboosting very slightly as the standard sensor wasn't coping adequately if I remember right; Simon said it was far safer with the 3 bar.
Best run mine's ever done is 440/390 on V Power and managed a 473/425 on meth - painfully, I went a much more expensive route of trying different combinations of exhaust, headers etc than you (read my build thread for more), but I reckon you should see around those figures on Alcatek or even better them - look forward to seeing your results - particularly because I fancy a sports cat and will be interested to see how you get on with that Cobra one

Wheels and suspension done. Had to have mot, problems with turbo seals so I'm in the process of having 3" turbo bk with sport cat fitted, sc42 billet turbo, turbo blanket, rcm fuel pump, harvey smith up pipe, rcm headers heat wrapped, inlet manifold spacers fitted.
Will post pics when I get it bk
