Heres a few:
-the guy in leicester with a "dont hunt what you cant kill" sticker on the back of a GT4. I hunted him and i didnt just kill him i buchered him....burk!
-Random escorts with cossie kits on which look like they have been made by patients in asylums.
-standard sunny's with the gti-r bonnet vent stuck on.
-RS turbos in general.

 

My absolute favorite is the Richard Grant stylee "twin headlight kit" aka two bits of sticky backed plastic with two holes in which you stick over your perfectly good square headlights "for that race-car look" :sigh:
Runners up include:-

-Imitation brake discs (no really, you can get them)
-Momo seat belt covers (WHY???- am I supposed to think you've got full harness seat belts or does the normal belt hurt your shoulder and need a bit of padding??)
-"Motorsport" sun strips
-stick on bonnet scoops
-any plastic "body kit"
