With decent air replacement/extraction you could have bath or shower anywhere in the house.

The problem in my experience is many builders massively under spec the ventilation system, or use noisy fans so the occupants turn them off....defeating the point.

My kitchen, when finished will have 2000m3 of accoustically insulated remote motor extractors fitted. The builder thought a standard 400m3 cooker hood would do...not for me it won't

Good point Ali

I've specced extra large remote extractor in my en suite. The actual unit is housed in the loft and it allows two extraction points. So I'm putting one in the shower and one over the sink (or perhaps over the sh1tter!)

Do you have a link to the kitchen extractor you will be using?

Thanks
