What's the Kanger Subtank like, do you recommend it?

Had a look at one in the shop but didn't like the look of the mouthpiece, the Kanger Megatank I have on at the moment is my best up till now.

They are awesome tanks, i do yes, you can use the megatank mouthpiece (drip tip) with them if you like, they are interchangeable.

Highly recommended, best I've owned so far, wish it was available when I started the V1 Kanger coils were painful.

Take my money, nice and it has the only thing that is wrong with the eleaf, the usb charging point on the side and not on the bottom.

I quit for 3 months on a e cig but then went back to smoking roll ups (they actually worked out cheaper then using a e cig)

What is strange now is I actualy miss the vapouriser more then I enjoy smoking !

So will be buying a new set up Monday and giving it another whirl! Out of everything to quit smoking Iv tried the vapouriiser got the iongeat result

The problem I have is I just don't want to quit and I enjoy smoking realise that's a extremely silly thing to make a statement about but it's true.
The amount of ailly things I do one of them wil get me before smoking does lol!

Also don't try a vype they are complete crap I bought one last week 20 quid from petrol station and it lasted a hour before it was in glovebox where it has stayed

Keep at it, once you've quit for a while and smelt a smoker you won't want to go back.

Well I've now stopped vaping. So they do work, as I was a 20 a day smoker for the best part of 25 years. To be honest the custard I was vaping made me feel sick enough to knock it on the head. 4 weeks now and no more head aches.

I'm in the process of trying cold turkey...again...for the millionth time (sorry to everyone for the massive rage). They are nuts for vaping here in Dallas but I am gonna just go the other way. I wanna get rid of dependence.

I lost my sense of smell from a massive (massive!!) knock to the head a few months ago, so I've lost that element of craving when I smell cigs (one of the only plus sides, as well as not smelling farts or public toilets).

Vaping is feckin massive here tough, I really think it is a good thing compared to cigs but just giving up completely has got to be the way!

I ordered a eleaf istick mini last week as I am wanting
to try out variable voltage and it gets decent enough reviews.

Also ordered a tugboat clone to go with it as I love dripping.

Couple of aditions ,1st the 18650M from odyssey, mec mod and you guuessed it,it uses 18650 IMR food. As a mod,no trickery etc,as cell volts dip you get around 3.9v from the 4.2v for a period before it tails off and cell swap......simples.

Just fitted the Subtank plus and swapped the drip tip (the original is a bit like a chimney) and am well impressed.

Doesn't half give you a hit and I'm only on 20 watts.

Yup they are awesome, are you sub ohming with it yet? Even better if you're not

Yep 20.5W is the sweet spot for me as well, using 14mg nic content in the e-juice. I'm making my own e-juice; about 50ml every couple of weeks now.

I have cut my 18mg down to 0.8mg now ,sub ohm gives better hit,so might as well save in the most expensive fluid.........the nic concentrate :-)

Give it a try, might be surprised and save a good few ££...........well ££ towards new devices of course ;-)

That's a huge drop. Good for you. I picked up some Nicorette Quickmists for a £1 each, £14 discount! Mostly PG and Nicotine and some Hydrochloric Acid!! Took a spray, not doing that again.

Cheers Jack

Right now i am enjoying the vaporshark rdna40 with the atlantis mega at home, work i use the Kbox and mega along with the 18650M and delta 3(rotate).

No real plans for a bit, mods and tanks wise, after all got to save some money

Love the mega as it does last a while before top ups, totally used to the wide bore drip tip now and feels normal. Mad thing is,the tip on the subflow that used to feel HUGE is too thin like a straw

How is your set up going? Tempted for anything new out or coming out soon??

These eat the same type of IMR and INR cells as my vape mods, always have separate so never mixed.

Subtank Mini and iStick 30, still winning, I bought it for my birthday so that's end of January with 5 extra coils, have not yet HAD to change a coil, changed this morning and have one left. Dropped it from my van a few times and it's still in one piece even with all that glass. Definitely dropping my nic level next order, I remember it making me dizzy when I first got it and would rather not be used to it.

what are the general opinions on the kanger subtank vs the aspire atlantis? I've got an atlantis 1 and 2 and to be honest i prefer the version1. does anyone here reuse coils by cleaning them? to date I've just been throwing them away but i read about someone who soaked them in cheap vodka to clean them then let them dry out before reusing them???

I knew a few people who loved the atlantis, they now love the Subtank more. Had mine since January and haven't finished the 5 pack of coils I bought.

Same here bought mine around the same time as Jack, still got 3 out of 6 coils left from Jan. So no need to clean/reuse them.

You're making the same mistake the media are playing on. It's not banned in Wales it's banned indoors, which is a great idea.
