I've said it before, I'll say it again:
IT IS FAR TOO EASY TO JOIN THIS FORUM!
Any other, you apply, fil in the anti-robot stuff, and a bout 24-36 hrs later, are accepted. Even then, your first few posts are moderated.
It would put a stop to 99% of the idiots.
But will IB do it????? Muahahahahahahahahahahaha

It's easy to join the forum because that's the idea....... it's supposed to be easy. lol
Trolls are a very very small %, so why hamper access to the ones that this doesn't apply to.
That's why many sites don't lock down the registration process, so to make it simple and easy for the decent individuals, which most are (well.... you know what I mean lol).

Bear in mind this recent bout is one person who has been doing it here for years. We know who they are. And thanks to spam ban it's easy to erase them from here.
I shouldn't speculate, but I think it's a young person with learning difficulties.
Thing is I could go whole hog and report it to their ISP as that would sort out the issue at its source as they can pull the plug so to speak (or at least send the parents/career a notice of abuse). But would the the ISP do anything? I'm interested to know if anyone has had any success doing this as obviously for me to go out of my way to do this will take some time, which id rather not waste if it falls on deaf ears.

Because this is not 1995 anymore
Sorry, I get a bit fed of people who say this, becuase if you know about IP addresses then you should also understand how dynamic IP addressing works and banning one will do diddly squat.
The sole exception is if its a static address, which its not.
