Leaking Exhaust Gasket

Leaking Exhaust Gasket
Help !!!
I took my car for MOT yesterday, and the tester said that the car had a leaking exhaust manifold gasket.
After taking the manifold off, there's no signs of leaks.......but the joint between the exhaust pipe and the turbo does have signs of leaking.
The manifold is still off, but how the hell do you get this pipe off.
Do I have to take the turbo off?.
I've slackened all the bolts off apart from the one I can't get at thats under the turbo.
Any advice will be much appreciated
