Yes as ffar as I am aware as you haven't paid duty for it s a road fuel.... Don't let them dip the tank and you'll be fine...
Also make sure to have ptfe fuel lines as evven brething in the vapours will make you fail a breathalyser test... That includes what leaks out from rubber fuel lines

And if you take a deep enough breath it might even see you off completely!

It's best to just put the meth in your tank. I use 25L of fuel to 5L of meth which isn't quite 20% but on a 60L tank keeps things simple as it's easier to just carry the meth in a 5L fuel can to the petrol station. I love the stuff totally transforms the car on the meth map. You need switchable maps though & need to be accurate with ratios & switching maps or you can screw your engine. It's also lethal stuff & needs to be handled with great care, it was banned from Indy racing due to toxicity & fire issues. I don't think VOSA will dip your tank but I certainly wouldn't tell them or HMRC that you use it. It's cheaper than V power too so any remap will pay for itself eventually.

I use 10ltr plastic fuel cans and keep 8 ltrs of meth in each can.
Pour straight into tank immediately before putting 32ltrs V Power, which equates to 20% meth mix.
This means I am putting 40lts in at a time, which takes you to just under a full tank from just below quarter tank.
I get mine from Sidwil Services for £79 per 205ltr drum, picked my last barrel up too so no postage

It's best to replace the lines with the proper stuff from AS performance as in time it rots through the lines, I had a couple burst & ended up buying the proper stuff from AS. It took a couple of years to do this but meth fuel mix spraying all aver a hot engine wasn't good. The second time it happened I swapped every line on the car & added heat shroud to some for good measure. Bare in mind these lines were steel braided, but still two burst and they were only two years old.

I thought when using methanol you can up your AFRs? As in, from 10.5ish to 12.0ish (or whatever AFRs your mapper is chasing). So you're only burning more fuel because you're creating more power. No?

Why not just put 10ltr in and then fill tank up as tank takes 60ltr so 20% on full tank?

Important thing is to use the same mix as it is mapped for; or use a flex fuel sensor and an ECU that supports it
Once you have settled on a mix (e.g. 12l in the tank, then brim the tank) if you always follow that same regime (e.g. always add 12l and always brim) the methanol percentage does remain the same

I just kept it simple and add 20% of meth to my fuel, for every 5 litres of fuel, i add 1 litre of methanol. I usually fill up when im just below a quarter of a tank, 40L of v-power and then add 8L of methanol. Like Tim said just stick to whatever is was mapped to.
I would say it was the best bang for buck mod ive done to date.

And how about the feul lines around the feul tank?

The problem with "adding 10litres of meth then topping up" is the mixture will change depending on the level of fuel before filling. The best option is to get to a 1/4, add 20litres of fuel then 5litres of meth for a 20%mix. But then you're filling up twice as often!
If it were me I'd go with an injection kit and have switchable maps.

That's 16.6% not 20%. 60l of fuel, of which 10l is meth, so 100*10/60 = 16.6%.

I'm just gonna do the 10ltr marlarkey on a full tank, so in theory will be 18% of meth as I have a 10ltr can ready for putting into car.

Nah £25.50 from jennychem, this is half the price but in a 200l container,
You wanna be putting 12lt in a 60lt tank then fill up...mine takes 10 as its only a 50lt tank
Banny I have some spare bricks at home and could build a purpose built bunker for it...
