I had this thrown in as a freebie on my previous Impreza when getting alarm/tracker fitted and I never used it much. These days I look back and wish I still had it.

Anywhere in Herts to get this done? Just want a basic (ie cheap) thing that will beep if the alarm is triggered and I'm in the vicinity.

I think I even remember a group buy on this ages ago?

Cheers

They wanted £120 quid to fit this. Sounds a bit pricey to me - anyone know if this is the going rate?

Cheers

OK, first look was largely unsuccessful. Couldn't find the alarm cpu!

Anyone prepare to e-mail me any details on how to get to it - standard Subaru fit MY00.

Followed the wires until they went out of site and I don't want to start pulling bits of trim out without really being sure I'm in the right area. For security reasons probably best not to post many details on here!

You can mail me or telephone me for wiring info if you wish, but from experience I wouldn't recommend radio frequency pagers as the range is dependant on topography. Invest in a GSM pager instead, if you want something you can rely on.

Me. I've got a microscan pager with microwave dual zone module. Its independant from my main META alarm as I'm a bit cr4p when it comes to electronics (and boy does it shows in my exams).

Its a straightforward job so I've got no tips in particular. Maybe just, hiding your switch (if you're not using the ignition) somewhere where no one would ever think about finding it.

Hi there, just wondered if one of you guys might be able to help me out?
I would like wiring information or a diagram for this alarm as I removed it whilst rewiring the car and stupidly didn't notice that all the wires were black
Can anyone help or have any details on the manufacturer like phone numbers or websites etc
Thanks for any help
Alan

If the car is in an underground car park with no mobile signal, how can it phone you??

Ive heard of a good mod for the normal pagers! They operate on 27mhz which is CB frequency, so you can hook the page unit to a set of burners to boost the signal! :-) Which is nice!
