Not sure of thread 2 post in... Knocking noise when moving but not when turning??

Just earlier today I heard a slight knock from the front left area. It seems to be on rotation and gets louder as the speed picks up.
When rolling at a slow speed you can hear it slightly - but seems to go when turning!
Starting to get worried now as I cant place it!
Has anyone come across this before at all?
