Shredded a front anti-roll bar mounting on track. Three q's:

What diameter anti roll bar would a 1999 STi V have?

Is it a doddle to fit, or do I have to remove the drop links and everything to slide the new bushes on?

Any negatives about replacing with Powerflex bushes?

Thanks for any advice!

It should be a doddle.

I replaced a rear ARB last weekend and I am assuming the front ARB is fitted the same way.

The bracket is held on by one bolt, the other side clips into a slot. The bush to go on should have a slice through it so that it can be opened out and clipped over the ARB. Then refit the bracket. Dead simple (well, for the rear anyway )

Looked like that on the front mountings too mate - that just leaves the size issue now! It could be 19mm or 22mm and I do not have a micrometer to check! Anyone any ideas? Cheers

Think my STi 6 Wagon had 22mm. Replaced them with sway bars but now wish I had kept the front to see if going back to std at front only gives any advantage on track.
