Got a 00MY - O2 sensor on downpipe is faulty and am having it replaced, will this be having an effect on the performance ?

Also just been told by garage that fitting any mods will invalidate the warrenty and that includes SS Backbox !!! - Anyone know about this also ?

 

That is the 'party line' I'm afraid, apart from they phrase it more like mods' will be <I>taken into account</I> in the event of a warranty claim. Some dealers however are more relaxed than others on this matter, you just gotta find one. Keep an eye open for someone posting from your area and e-mail them off line (you don't know who's watching y'know) to ask them where they go and how they get on.
