Peters 50 already? Wont be long then before its ready to pop its clogs and we get some airtime for some decent TV

 

Junior Top Gear would be a good replacement: half an hour of kids racing each other in Veyrons and Eurofighters for example, or if that's a bit risque/risky maybe radio controlled toy versions?

Don't know if that would beat the black & white footage of an Elephant dropping its load in the studio though?

I wonder what the zookeeper said to his missus when she quizzed him about the state of his turd-smeared uniform when he got home that night? I bet she'd been dying to know how he got on during his 15 minutes of TV fame.

 

Richard Bacon did not get an invite. It is a bit odd seeing the blond one from a few years ago now on Sky Sports news. Nice guy - I used to **** his cousin.

 

You have to admit...it was poor even when you were a kid and watched it.

Same goes for newsround but childrens telly was a bit thin on the ground once! You'd watch any old scraps
