Pipex have just dropped their price for wires only to £29 per month, with no set up costs.
On the whole BT whoelsale want to drastically drop the price that the sell BB to the ISP's, but they do not intend to reduce local loop costs, so I think OFTEL will block the cuts cos it will be bad for competition, as other companies will not be able to compete.
