anyone got any recommendations on what plugs to get

i run denso iridium plugs mate the seem fine there ment to be spot on have a look on sparkplugs.com or .co.uk or camskill

NGKPFR 6 or 7's. 6's for low modded cars, 7's for more modded cars.
