Noise levels at Goodwood

I doubt you will have any problems. Most people with reasonably modified exhausts get through. The occasional car fails but only if there are no cats, new downpipe etc etc then the odd beer can helps it out (you know who you are Tony !)

Jamie - full T75 decat system with SS backbox passed easily although they had to keep starting again because of the popping

Trigger - can of Heineken wasn't it

The max limit is 105db at Goodwood, and yes Tony Q did pass then fail then pass it.. Heiniken refreshes the parts other cans cannot be put in... (those that went will know what I'm talking about )...

I'm putting an HKS SuperDrager on mine this weekend + it already has an SS downpipe, so be interesting to see whether it passes the noise tests anymore..

PS. an SS downpipe and Magnex 6x4" backbox registered around 86db...

Question

Hi Guys, I am hoping to get a day in my scoob my93wrx at Goodwood soon and want to know if my car should pass the 98dba test there. I know there was some scooby guys there in Nov. from earlier post, I have to know before I book up. I have normal down pipe and mid section with slightly bigger backbox(jap Kackymoto)
